Can anyone help please? my garden shed roof is leaking due to sagging. the roof is 11 foot 6 x 7 foot 6 with a 6 inch drop. the shed was handbuilt (poorly) by the previous owners and is covered in felt over tongue and groove boarding.. Bought my first house recently, which has come with garden shed, which is leaking now, as the felt on the roof is part missing and part damaged.. I have a rusty steel garden shed in my backyard. its roof has developed leaks. what's the good way to fix the leaks? of course, the best way is to repair it with something that won't rust. but that shed is too close to the property line and is currently grandfathered by the code. if i rebuilt it, i would have to.
